Scott Lucas – President & CEO
Thirty years ago, a young man from the Milwaukee area made a decision to follow his instincts to become an entrepreneur. As an early adopter of new technologies, he set out to redefine what a durable label converter should be. Instead of targeting mainstream identification applications, Scott opted to take on the challenges of custom applications, never-before seen products, and new materials. Scott helped pioneer many of the durable label solutions that exist today. He created an organization that’s driven by relationships and the values of our customers. As a result, we think of ourselves differently because we were founded on a different set of principles.
Victor Holbein – Chief Operating Officer
Victor leads global operations at Identco. He developed the international operations team that is committed to producing products and solutions that are right the first time and delivered on time to Identco customers around the world. To drive operational excellence, Victor draws from his 15 years as an Operations Manager at an international label company, where his close ties with Sales, Marketing, Quality and a number of other business units gave him a complete view of how to meet and exceed customers’ needs on multiple levels.
Larry Olmstead – Chief Financial Officer
As the head of Identco’s worldwide fiscal strategy, Larry helps execute the company’s vision of building a global, world class, high-performing label solutions provider. He leads by example – living and breathing the company’s values of going the extra mile to help clients solve their labeling problems. With eight years’ experience as a CFO and over 25 years managing financial and accounting responsibilities, Larry is dedicated to helping Identco achieve its goal of building a smarter, faster, more responsive organization to meet and surpass client needs and expectations.

Scott Ahlum – Director of Sales, USA
Scott was drawn to Identco because he wanted to apply his 20 years of industrial durable label expertise and Sales Leadership experience to create a better tomorrow for all Identco stakeholders. Scott is instrumental in helping the sales team develop unique solutions for Identco’s customers. He recognizes Identco as a leading solutions provider who is dedicated to identifying and providing the best products for customers’ needs.
Antonio Belmonte – Director of Sales, Mexico
Dan Flanagan – Global Account Manager, Industrial Market
Dan joined Identco because the company has a global vision, but is also uniquely committed to keeping supply chains local. He knows the value this brings his clients firsthand, having spent over a decade focusing solely on printed production parts for global manufacturers. Driven to solve problems, there’s nothing better than watching the clients he’s helped succeed. An admitted label lover, Dan sees them as an untapped opportunity to offer even more value to clients.
Lisa M. Hranek – Global Account Representative
Lisa is a veteran when it comes to exceeding customer expectations. With over 16 years at Identco, and 15 years of experience before that, she’s well-versed in understanding client needs and finding solutions that work. Building strong relationships with her customers has been essential throughout Lisa’s career, and she loves that Identco values and empowers her to go the extra mile for her clients.
Lisa Dunkley – Global Account Representative
Lisa believes customer service is the glue that holds Identco together – and creates the bridge between her team and the rest of the organization. For the past 14 years, Lisa has done whatever it takes to keep her customers happy, even if that means going above and beyond expectations to ship a product when the office is closed. She’s committed to getting her customers answers when and where they need them, and is an extremely dedicated and efficient member of the Identco team.
Diane Burmeister – Global Account Representative
Diane is the voice of her customers within Identco. With over 25 years in customer service, and experience in operations, sales, and administration, she applies her well-rounded view by advocating for customers’ requirements, goals and activities. But for Diane, simply meeting customers’ needs isn’t enough. She’s proud to work for an organization that isn’t shy about introducing new ideas and technologies that can take her customers’ ideas and products to another level – helping both them and Identco thrive.
Kathy Weisenberger – Executive Administrative Assistant
Kathy has dedicated herself to complete customer satisfaction at Identco for the past 10 years. She takes a proactive approach to her work, and sees the importance of always having multiple solutions and adapting to the ever-changing needs of the customer. Kathy finds inspiration from Identco’s vision, along with the dedication and passion of her colleagues and the collaborative environment of the company.
Steve Tholen – Custom Printed Product Manager
Steve has spent over 30 years solving problems and developing solutions within the printing industry. His expertise as a Product Manager comes from his experience in flexo, screen, offset, and digital print technologies. Steve is passionate about delivering the right solution to Identco’s customers and conveying the value of the brand. He values Identco’s detailed approach and ability to provide a comprehensive range of innovative solutions to its customers.
Greg Ellis – Application Engineer
Greg embraces technical challenges and is instrumental in conducting our I-VAL label assessments for new and existing customers. With over 32 years of labeling experience working with Industrial Manufacturers, he assists our customers with regulatory issues such as UL/CSA and ANSI guidelines for labeling. Greg enjoys working closely with customer engineers using his LEAN and SIX Sigma experience to help standardize label constructions to the latest materials and printing technologies. Greg joined Identco because of our unique focus on providing consultative and technical solutions to our customers.
Bob Miller – Label Systems Engineer
Bob’s attention to detail has served him well throughout his career. Formerly a meteorologist in the Air Force, Bob noticed a typo in a job posting for Identco, and 27 years later he’s still here. He’s thrived at Identco thanks to the company’s spirit of entrepreneurism and empowering structure. Today, his three decades of printing and application knowledge go right into developing innovative solutions for our customers. In addition, Bob always makes himself available to ensure Identco’ customers obtain the most out of their investment.
Jeff Hardy – Territory Manager
Jeff has been helping manufacturers solve the unique challenges of product labeling for over 23 years. He strives to understand a client’s business innately, so he can create real and practical solutions for their headaches. Identco’s technical expertise, product knowledge and can-do attitude for tough client problems attracted Jeff to the company. He’s focused on building relationships and creating value for his customers, embracing Identco’s culture of going above and beyond to help.
Blake Bennett – Territory Sales Manager
Blake brings over 30 years of professional sales and account management experience to IDENTCO in the industrial pressure-sensitive marketplace. His focus is customer-driven, within strategic sourcing, focusing on cost down initiatives as they relate to logistics, inventory control, just-in-time (JIT), and right fit materials for pressure-sensitive labeling applications. Joining IDENTCO has been a fantastic decision for Blake; he finds that as a global company with technical engineering expertise, our timely implementation and experienced customer support is what sets us apart from our competition. Blake resides in St. Louis, Missouri, and services our valued customers in MO, IL, IN, OH and MI.
Tom Chase – Territory Sales Manager, West
Tom has worked in various sales and sales management positions for over 35 years assisting clients with the production, distribution, and management of all their custom printed products and fulfillment needs. He specializes in all matters related to pressure-sensitive products and solutions. His goal is to solve problems and reduce costs for his customers and he takes his role very seriously as a trusted advisor to all his clients.
Chuck Horan – Global Account Manager
With more than 30 years of sales and sales leadership experience in the print industry, Chuck strives to provide value added solutions to help customers maximize their operational efficiency and reduce their total cost of ownership of printed production parts. Focusing on continuous improvement initiatives with industrial manufacturers and utilizing a consultative sales approach to optimize customers’ print management programs has been a focal point in his career. Closely working with Fortune 1000 clients allows Chuck to obtain a holistic view of client needs to provide solutions that meet their global requirements. He believes IDENTCO’s label material science expertise, in combination with its excellent manufacturing capabilities, and a customer-centric philosophy are key reasons why many clients view IDENTCO as a trusted and valued partner.
Craig Black – Global Account Manager
With more than 25 years of sales experience in the Industrial Label industry, Craig was drawn to IDENTCO for its commitment to build a world-class program for large global companies. Craig’s strengths lie in collaborating, developing, and implementing solutions to address a vast array of challenges that face our customers working in large, complex organizations. He is passionate about helping clients succeed in their roles by partnering with them to understand, quantify and build a better future state for their organization. Emilio Garza – Application Engineer
Emilio comes to IDENTCO after spending more than 15 years in Product and Design Engineering for some of the major players in the Consumer Electronics, Lighting, Appliances and Energy Management sectors. His expertise in problem solving, R&D, materials selection, certifications and manufacturing processes makes him a key contributor to IDENTCO’s unique insights and understanding of customer needs. Emilio joined IDENTCO because of the company’s ability to innovate while providing the most suitable labeling solutions to our customers.
Craig Fransen – Director, Thermal Transfer Products
Craig has 25 years of experience in understanding customers’ needs and coordinating resources to productize their ideas and bring new and innovative products to market. He has an extensive background of technical, operational, and sales experience in the Industrial arena with an exceptional ability to collaborate with customers and translate their pain points into practical solutions. Genuinely customer-centric, Craig is passionate in advancing the TTP brand and portfolio by creating value-added solutions for IDENTCO’s customers.
Laura Zwolinski – Global Sales Support Representative
Laura provides administrative support for the Global Account Team, including data entry on large RFQ packages and order entry, among other tasks to assist the Global Account Representatives. Previous to IDENTCO, she was a Lead Consultant at one of the top shipping organizations, where she managed all print projects and production at her center. She enjoys working at IDENTCO because it grants her the opportunity to be immersed in the industry with some of the best. She enjoys knowing that the quality products IDENTCO creates are used around the world – seeing an IDENTCO label on a store shelf never gets old!
Bonnie Bolinsky – Customer Service Manager
With her 20+ years of experience, Bonnie is well versed in the labeling and electronics industry. From Production to Sales, she has filled some very big shoes during her career, and with humility, came wisdom and successful achievement of company growth goals. Bonnie firmly believes that Customer Experience is key, as well as the health of the business and its employees. As the Customer Service unit, our vision is focused on the whole Customer Experience and maintaining trusted relationships in all aspects of the business. We strive to make every IDENTCO experience outstanding.
Zoe Castro – Customer Service & Sales Support Representative
As a Customer Service and Sales Rep, Zoe is proud to be part of the face of IDENTCO to customers. She strives to provide an unsurpassed customer service experience, willing to go the extra mile to ensure customers are happy and that expectations are met, if not exceeded. Zoe was drawn to Identco because of its motivating organizational culture that consistently strives for better outcomes and enjoys working alongside its caring, driven and passionate people.
Dawn Degraf – Customer Service & Sales Support Representative
Dawn is a customer service veteran, as 2017 marks Dawn’s 15th year at IDENTCO and prior to IDENTCO, she worked in the travel industry for 20 years, mainly in corporate reservations and customer service. She enjoys being the customer interface of a company that has such a dedicated production team that consistently delivers products and services that meet and exceed customer expectations.
Amy Aponte – Customer Service & Sales Support Representative
Amy has been with IDENTCO for over 10 years and in addition to customer service, she has an extensive background in printing and production processes. She takes pride in customer satisfaction, employing her “can-do attitude” and attention-to-detail to give customers what they need in a timely fashion. Her favorite part about working at IDENTCO is the regular collaboration that occurs across departments to generate creative and unique solutions that meet our customers’ needs.

Passion – specifically a passion for graphics – led Rick to Identco. Rick leads the in-house art and pre-press department, where he and his team are responsible for creating electronic files for the pre-press process. And passion still drives Rick 22 years later – he’s never lost the “figure it out” attitude instilled from the beginning, delivering on Identco’s values by consistently creating innovative solutions, prototypes and concepts for a diverse group of clients.
Jeff Hausen – Production Planning & Engineering Manager
After 26 years of operational experience in the pressure sensitive durable label industry, it’s a safe bet to say Jeff has become an expert in quality engineering and manufacturing processes. At Identco, Jeff drives Value Add and Value Engineering by utilizing his creativity and expertise. Continuously surpassing our customers’ expectations is Jeff’s primary goal.
Dave Wagner – Production Manager
Dave has nearly two decades of printing experience – the last 12 of which have been with the Identco team. He was drawn to Identco because of the company’s commitment to investing in cutting-edge technology. Dave mentors his production team by keeping them focused, and identifying opportunities for growth. He knows Identco is dedicated to doing whatever it takes to get a job done on time – even if that means going beyond what’s expected in his role. He enjoys putting his skills and experience to use through innovative problem solving methods, which helps him establish and maintain best practices for the Production team as a whole.

With over 30 years of experience implementing and managing quality systems, Greg is an industry veteran – and has always associated the Identco name with quality, even before joining the team. He constantly works to improve processes and create products that meet or exceed customer requirements. He knows that Identco is committed to quality at every level, and is excited to be part of an organization that delivers world-class products to its customers every day.
Carmen Guerrero – Quality Manager
Carmen comes to IDENTCO with over 16 years of experience in Quality Control and Management, including holding positions in Research and Development, Metrology, Six Sigma, and Quality Engineering. In her current role, she ensures the quality of IDENTCO’s products and services, conducts internal audits, maintains the company’s certifications, and holds a firm commitment to continuous improvement. Keith Anderson, CSCP – Global Purchasing & Inventory Planning Manager
Keith is a results-driven operations professional with over 15 years of experience in manufacturing and supply chain management. He maintains the highest standards of customer service and takes great pleasure in helping fellow employees grow. Keith works internally to help the Identco team by sustaining the flow of information and supporting new product development. He also works to establish new programs and enhance Identco’s responsiveness, both internally and externally.
Leopoldo Pérez Casillas – IT Business Analyst
Leopoldo joined IDENTCO in 2001 while studying to get his computer science engineering degree. He has been involved in many different departments over the years at IDENTCO and when the opportunity arrived, enthusiastically joined the global IT team. He has enjoyed watching the company in Mexico grow from being a small distribution center with only 3 employees to become a world class manufacturing plant with over 50 employees, equipped to support all their local and global customers and consistently providing the best labels and identification solutions available in the market to them.
Roberto Corrales – Manufacturing Operations Manager, Mexico
Roberto has held a wide range of roles, including designer, end user, supplier, and manufacturer, during his nearly two decades of experience in the graphic arts industry. This multi-faceted experience has enabled him to gain a deep understanding of stakeholder needs and has equipped him to lead the talented and motivated production and operations team at IDENTCO’s Mexico facility. Roberto leads by ensuring that his team knows the value of their contributions and understands how their day-to-day work directly impacts end results, which in turn promotes ownership and propels goal achievement.
